- Organization and implementation of Scrum events (sprints, reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
- Preparation of scaled planning meetings with the PO and Release Train Engineer
- Coordination of tasks and progress with the PO and other Scrum Masters
- Coaching and supporting teams in agile transformation
- Development of team training measures
Your profile
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., SAFe)
- Vocational training or university degree (desirable)
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Agile mindset, teamwork skills, and change management skills
