Terms of reference
- Planning and executing tests and commissioning of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission systems in a timely, cost-effective, and quality-oriented manner
- Leading an international team of commissioning engineers
- Ensuring contractual obligations and compliance with legal regulations
- Organizing functional system tests/factory acceptance tests on our test sites
- Ensuring trouble-free construction site operations and monitoring progress
- Planning and implementing technical customer clarifications
- Supporting project management in risk and claim management
- Participating in internal improvement programs (including Lean, Reviews, Lessons Learned)
Your profile
- Completed degree or master's degree/technician in electrical engineering, energy technology, or similar.
- Several years of experience in commissioning large systems (HVDC, power plants, etc.)
- Willingness to travel (worldwide), including offshore)
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Very good German and fluent English
- Class B driver's license
- Team and leadership skills, strong international communication skills
