Job description:

• Optimising / implementing processes and technologies in the existing production system with a focus on logistics.
• Designing improvement projects, tracking implementation and evaluating results.
• Organising optimisation workshops/measures in the field of care in cooperation with specialist staff (e.g. mater craftsman, foreman) and interface partners (planning, logistics).
• Optimum configuration of material flow concepts.
• Implementing more efficient supply and picking processes.
• You will support this throughout the entire product development process in the course of your work. This includes logistical evaluation of different structure variants, depicting material flows and value streams, documenting logistical rough and detailed concepts, right through to the handover to serial supervision areas.
• Your range of tasks also includes costed recording of complex processes and optimising them completely based on strategic and economic aspects.

Profile:

• Bachelor/master’s degree with a focus on logistics / logistical processes
• University degree in economic sciences, engineering sciences or a comparable degree, ideally with a focus on logistics
• Work experience including technical further training would be beneficial
• Experience in the production sector / logistics essential (flows of goods, value streams, logistics processes)
• Knowledge in the "Lean production" and "Modern production systems” beneficial.
