Tasks:

• Developing user interfaces and concepts
• Creating sequence controllers and applications for standard machines and customer-specific projects
• Documenting hardware and software
• Debugging, commissioning
• Installing and testing systems during commissioning and, where applicable, during assembly at sites of domestic and international customers

Qualifications:

• Engineering graduate in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, automation engineering, computer engineering
• High level of expertise and experience as a software/development/application engineer in the field of special-purpose machine construction, production automation
• Programming experience using languages such as C, C++, C#, .NET, CodeSys (TwinCat, Opcon)
• Knowledge of object-oriented system development would be beneficial
• Good team skills and communication skills, willingness to travel, good command of English, relishes contact with customers
