Tasks:
Organisational and technical support when vehicle projects are signed off. (The sign-off procedure provides an objective, prioritised overall assessment of a vehicle’s development status based on respective synchronised points. Assessment from the point of view of the critical customer, the point of view of production and with due regard for market demands) - Planning, organisation and coordination of the comprehensive and complex sign-off activities (across product lines) - Technical support for sign-off engineers (research and documentation regarding attainment of objectives in vehicle projects based on specific synchronised points) - Organisation of meetings and workshops - Process management of test guides for the overall vehicle (additions, updates, synchronisation with new development processes) - Maintenance and further development of specific documentation systems (FZ cockpit) - Exercising the administrator function for document access
Qualifications:
- Degree from university of applied science (e.g. industrial engineering)
- Excellent knowledge of Office applications and process and organisation management
- Basic knowledge of vehicles
