You are at the beginning of your career in human resource management and after a few years of gathering professional experience as an assistant, you are now planning to take the next step towards greater responsibility. In your current role you have proven that you can expertly handle the entire range of modern human resources work: starting with recruiting staff and qualified pre-selection followed by confidence-inspiring support and coaching for our employees right through to preparing personnel development concepts that include sales support for our customers.

As a communicative individual who is trustworthy to the core, you are a competent contact person with profound knowledge of employment and social law for employees and executive management in equal measure. Ideally, you have knowledge of sales and/or marketing.

In addition to a high level of commitment and organisational talent, this position calls for excellent team skills, sales acumen and the ability to work confidently on the PC. We expect you to think in a deadline and target-oriented manner and act in a practicable fashion.
