You have successfully negotiated the initial stages of your career path and after a few years of gathering professional experience, you are now planning to take the next step towards greater responsibility by becoming a consultant. In your current role, you have proven that you can expertly handle the entire range of modern human resources work: starting with recruiting personnel and qualified pre-selection followed by confidence-inspiring support and coaching for our employees right through to the preparing personnel development concepts that include sales support for our customers.
As a communicative individual who is trustworthy to the core, you are a competent contact person with profound knowledge of employment and social law for employees and executive management in equal measure. Ideally, you have experience in sales and/or marketing.
In addition to a high level of commitment and organisational talent, this position calls for excellent team skills, sales acumen and the ability to work confidently on the PC. A deadline and target-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- A degree (business studies, economics, business psychology focussing on human resources, industrial engineering). At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in human resource management
- Excellent to perfect command of German and good to excellent command of English
- Relishes communication with others
- Communicative, open and with an affinity for sales
